SAY THE THINGS YOU'RE AFRAID OF

The withdrawn and guarded mindset people have today is becoming intensely unhealthy. “The way we communicate ultimately determines the quality of our lives.” In order to overcome trials and tribulations, we must treat our troubles with no hesitation or procrastination. Our emotions do not leave us inadequate, but instead they give us undeniable power. It has been said that, “There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently then ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief…and unspeakable love.” Every hope, tear, and fear all are vivid examples of how beautiful every human’s mind has the capability of being. These things allow us to be passionate, yet we all conceal our misfortunate’s and worries. Why do we do this? We are all human and should all embrace such a wonderful part of our mind. Say the things you’re afraid of. “I am broken. I am alone. I am fragile. I am upset. I am scared. I am hopeless.” Simple words that no one seems capable of admitting. We fear what people might think. We fear how their view will change of us. We do not want to appear powerless or given pity. But, we also do not want to be ignored. We are humans. We are alive. We are meant to feel. We are meant to cry. We are meant to live, learn, and make mistakes. So face your feelings and fears. Then, overcome them.
