People may not see things the way I see them. But, perhaps, it's because they are stuck in what is ordinary. They are stuck in how things should be rather than how they could be. They are set in their ways rather than seeing the potential. I may be a little different, a bit impractical, and a lot of crazy. And I may not know what I want. But, one thing is for sure: I don't want to be ordinary. I don't want to play it safe. I don't want to accept a life filled with normal.
I've begun to learn that we are all extraordinary. We choose to be ordinary. We accept the life given, instead of striving for the one we want. If you want something more, change it. Defy the norm. Accept your differences. And, if someone tries to tell you you're ordinary, prove them wrong.
"It scares me to death to think that one day I might look back into my life and realize that I lived it painfully ordinary."
